I would still place him down in tier 3; errant throws, turnovers, and missing open players keeps him down. But he throws people open, is a threat on the ground, and stepped up in many big moments (EXCEPT KANSAS!). Feel pretty good about him leading the offense next year. Arod could play to his strengths alot more than he does.
