He definitely needs to learn to not throw a fastball on every pass

Other items to work on:

Deep ball accuracy
Pocket awareness
Footwork in the pocket
Hitting WRs in stride
Ball security/Decision making

I personally don't think Jake is the answer and we'll likely see similar production from him next year. If he can improve those things it would be great but I'd be surprised if he gets much better.
