I am not suggesting that ARod be fired or that he is a bad offensive coordinator. It was pretty comical how loud the coach was yelling to look for the screen.

I agree that this probably happens more often than we all realize, but if it's happening post play call and no one is signaling it to the players then it's all on the players to recognize the formation, which is probably why coaching is so important.
