I do think the playoffs should be 16 teams and bye weeks have no place in college.

However, reaching 10 wins in a POWER conference, not independence, only to have the post season reward be a bowl game against Colorado to determine 3rd place in the Big 12 is beyond insulting.

As Vince Lombardi famously said about the NFL Bowl game, the Alamo Bowl against Colorado would be “a loser’s game for losers”. Which is funny considering we won 83% of our regular season games.
