You’d have to go very heavy, eat a lot and do so consistently. I think it’s a mistake to go straight to bowflex to avid “getting jacked”. Just don’t lift as heavy as often.
If I were making a simple home gym:
Id have a Kabuki trap bar, some plates, squat rack, SSB bar, a (fat pad style) bench, 3 pairs of dumbbells (15 lbs, 25 lbs and another heavier pair between 55-65 lbs)
