I don’t care about UNLV, they are behind us. I think you can argue Miami.

Argue Boise if you want, but they have a better record and their only loss is a 1 point loss to the #1 team in the country. No one is putting us above them. ASU just beat us, so obviously they are ahead. You could argue for ISU, but they are only 1 spot ahead and finished the season better than us.

The 3 loss SEC teams all have better wins. Indiana didn’t beat anyone, but they only have 1 loss. People love to hate on the SEC, but it’s just true that they are the best. They have by far the best record OOC against other P4 teams and they are always going to get the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

16 is about the highest I can see BYU being ranked. I think a lot of people forget it’s more about how good you are right now and less about how good you were in September. I’m glad we beat SMU, but that was a long time ago and the team I’ve seen go 2-2 doesn’t look like the same team that was 8-0.
