but in the end this is a car my kids will mostly drive. I’ll save the ~500hp cars for my next toy.

We picked up a WRX. Lightweight so it has quite a bit of pep. Most importantly though it has AWD. It is manual so I’m getting those driving muscles back in shape and now I’ve got the perfect car to teach my kids.

At one dealership the salesman sheepishly said to my son “so, normally we have to pull the cars out from the lot so you can test drive them but I can’t drive stick. Can you pull it out for me?” So yeah. Somebody’s dad failed him.
