I think this should get POTY. The pizza steel is the only way to go
Sometimes I use the oven on high and then turn the broiler on when the pizza is in to also dome the pizza. It is far and away the best way to cook pizza at home.
However we do use a pizza oven during the summer months so our house doesn't get too hot.
