I love showing people campus and have many suggestions:
BYU Campus is really beautiful. I have taken friends from all over the country and they're always pretty impressed. It's very walkable, and even in colder weather there are plenty of places to duck in to warm up.

If your goal is to get her a feel for campus for the purposes of getting her excited about potentially attending as a student, then I might take a different approach than if you're just trying to entertain a 14yo girl for an hour, so you'll have to decide on that. Depending on her interests you could tailor the plan a bit, or even visit certain buildings that house things related to those interests.

You have an upper and a lower campus, so a walking tour is best accomplished, IMO, in a somewhat of a circle if you're heading to the stadium.

Personally, I'd suggest parking at the Tanner Building Parking garage and starting this proposed itinerary/agenda from that point:
- Poke your head in the TNRB and see the atriums.
- Walk from there over to the Student Athlete Building. See the trophies. Grab a hot soup or cocoa at the Legacy grill.
- From there point out the indoor practice facility, the Smith and RB (if she is a dancer, or into other sports, she may be interested to see a few things like the pool or studios).
- Walk up (partially, the stairs to join up with the beautiful walking path that circles between upper and lower campus). They've done a really nice job adding water features and a nice brick pathway through the trees. It's great. Take this down around the SW corner, point out south field and the tennis courts that you'll be able to look down on from the trail. There are a few layers to it, so check the campus map. It's not that far, so if you're having a nice time/conversation, you can actually zigzig your way and cover all the areas of the trail in a relatively short amount of time.
- Drop down and see the duck pond, which now has a boardwalk around it.
- From here you can either get back on the nice wooded path back up where it meets with the new Life Sciences building. If she's cold, use the new Life Sciences building as indoor heated stairs back up to upper campus. There are a few taxidermized animals in there, but otherwise just a giant building build into the hillside.
- Once back up on upper campus, veer over and walk West of the JSB to see the older historic buildings in that courtyard. It's one of my favorite areas of campus. Then walk NE through the Kimball Quad to the SKWT tower (tallest building Provo). At one point you could go up to the top and look out over the valley (not sure if that's still a thing or if you need some kind of reservation, so look into that).
- From there, proceed North to the JSFB. The Wooden Spiral staircase is beautiful. And often times there is a student playing the piano there which creates a nice vibe.
- Walk next store to the East through the Library, look down the atrium. There are a few exhibits sometimes that are interesting, and I believe they now have a little market you could get a BYU Creamery Cookies and Cream "Crack Milk" for her.
- Then next building East is the Wilkinson student center. Definitely cruise the book store (it's massive) and candy/chocolate bar. There is also the bowling alley, Outdoor Connection and student hang-out areas. Of course, the Cougar-eat for some food if you wanted.
- Then across the new quad (used to be a cool skybridge) to the Creamery, which is about to be torn down, so go see it while it lasts.
- Point out the nice Heritage Halls dorms, and check out the status of the new Fine Arts building replacing the HFAC.
- Just North to the Museum of Art. If she's not bored, spend some time here and go through some exhibits. They also have a cafe, so grab a hot chocolate.
- Walk over the skybridge that goes over campus drive to the Bell tower
- Stop in the Bean Life Sciences Museum, and don't miss the Liger.
- Walk north and poke your head in the new basketball practice facility and the broadcast building. You can see some of the mastercontrol rooms.
- Walk from there towards the stadium, along University Parkway, which is tree-lined, and overlooks the baseball field.
- Stop in the Museum of Paleontology. People usually think that is interesting. Usually there are some grad students working on fossils you can watch behind a windows.

From there, do Cougar Canyon and all that fun stuff. Enter stadium at SW gate.

After the game, the SE corner is where the players will gather if you want to stick around for that. Because it is Senior Night, there will be awards and stuff after the game that is fun, and is the place to get autographs if that's her thing. Given that you'll be on the SE corner, you can walk down 450E back to your car. This will take you right past the corner with the Victory Bell, which (hopefully) will be ringing after the game. Usually Cosmo is there and a sizable group of people. She can actually pull the rope and ring the bell if she wants.

Alternative after-game activity: the band usually plays a little pop-up concert on Canyon RD at the SW exit. If you do this, you can just go straight down canyon rd, or cut through the track and field complex and Helaman Halls to go back to your car. This happens after every game, so given Sr Night, so probably go with the above "plan a" post-game approach.

If you went down past the victory bell, you're just across the street from your car now. The Hinckley Alumni building is on the same corner, which is really nice and has a big fireplace you can duck in to warm up or use the restroom and wait for the traffic a bit before proceeding to your car. If not the TNRB is usually open quite late. There are always MBA students there until late hours, it seems.

Of course, depending on game time, you'll have to figure out timing and adjust accordingly. Most buildings on campus are open until 10:00 or 11:00, if I recall, but don't quote me on it. They'll definitely be open before the game, but may not be afterwards if the game goes past midnight.

Hope you have fun!
