Looking at this week... only 3 ranked matchups
BUT cross conference rivalry games could really kill the SEC and ACC

Imagine Georgia Tech beating Georgia, giving them their 3rd loss, but Georgia is in the CCG already. They would theoretically have to win their CCG to get in (they killed Texas... they likely would win)

Clemson losing to South Carolina BUT Miami losing to Syracuse would put a 3 loss Clemson into their CCG. Same scenario as above, Clemson would have to win the CCG to get in

This weekend will ultimately set up if Alabama and Indiana are kept around. If chalk holds in the top 9, I don't see how either of these two teams survive with what is happening right behind them. They both will get jumped by either Clemson (currently ahead of Bama, but will jump Indiana with a top 15 win) or South Carolina (top 12 win would jump both Bama and Indiana). The winning team in the Clemson/South Carolina game leaps Boise regardless

A BYU vs ASU CCG would give the winner a hypothetical top 15 win, which would also jump in front of Indiana/Alabama AND Boise
