fences to keep people out. My land borders public and just this year alone I've had several people trespass, despite putting up over a dozen signs. Deer hunters have been the worst.

I also had sheep herded onto my property and cows that got loose and ended up on my property. Talking with forest service or dwr officers, there isn't much they can/will do if I don't have a fence.
