shuffling around trying to get everyone in position and getting the ball snapped before a delay of game - thus not giving folks the time to correctly read the defense when they're just trying to ensure that their lined up correctly (off the LOS, on the LOS) and then set a full second before the snap.

The rush needs to happen on the front-end with getting the plays called and getting the correct personnel packages out on the field in a timely manner so everything doesn't have to be rushed before the play clock expires.
