No, he's a 6/10. No real breakaway speed. He doesn't fumble and can shoot gaps
But he's not great. We need a power runner or a guy with real speed. His longest run came against Utah for 39, which was key, but he's just OK. I'd choose Moa over him in most cases, just for power. Gotta have power or speed and I think Martin lacks in both.
