What motor do you have in it? I’ve always been told to go with the 5.0 V8

3.5L V6. Don’t recall the dealership having any 5.0L when I was looking.

I’d follow that advice; 3.5 is quick but it’s complex design can lead to issues

Yeah - I’d install the defeat for that. GMs with it have shown it’s problematic.
