Honestly - that's what always happens. It just does.
Even in business - it's pretty normal for the incoming person to earn more than the outgoing person.
I'll bet Crowton made more than Edwards. I'll bet Bronco made more than Crowton. And I'll bet that Sitake got more than Bronco.
