They have up until 4 hours before the event to send you the tickets
How it works as a seller at BYU home games is you ger notified of the sale. From there you have to transfer through BYUtickets. When you transfer the buyer gets notified that they were transferred. Until then you re just waiting on a seller. If you call stubhub, they will bug the seller by sending an email
