I've had that happen a couple times in the last month or two. This worked to
clear the cache for me:
On your Roku remote, press Home 5 times, Up arrow once, Rewind (<<) twice, and FF (>>) twice. If you do it properly, your Roku device should reboot on its own.
Solved: we have removed channels we don't use. Our connection is good as checked it. trying to figure out how to fix this issue. would love a person to help but can't find any way to do so Maybe someone here knows what to do
