and cover it. Once it is pulled it won't stay at 150, but start lowering in temp slowly, which is why the rest time should be more than the 4 minutes. What I did last year that worked was I pulled it at 155 from the smoker, covered it with aluminum foil and let it rest for 15 minutes. That gave it more than enough resting time and it was still plenty warm by the time we carved into it.
