The bottom line is that the players/coaches need to be protected and as long as
fans are "allowed" to rush the field, then there will be problems.
It's like most things, a few seem to be unable to bridle passions and don't make good decisions, resulting in all losing their benefits because of it. Just wait until the Millennium. That's stuff won't happen then. 😉
