Everyone always wants to identify one single cause for a loss.
Same thing happened after Kansas.
There's numerous factors you could point to as a contributing cause for a loss. Last week there were about 4 specific plays / breakdowns that you could point to as being a tipping point, but CBers get pissed if you suggested there were additional factors beyond ARod and Retzlaff sucking.
But I agree - the defensive struggles were ONE of the contributing factors to the loss

The defense had an uphill battle going into this game... the fact that we had them held to 28 points at their home...
