Recruiting of coordinators for HC positions is often public. Recruiting of

coordinators is not often widely discussed or reported on, except when a HC is involved (Jay was a HC). ARod publicly flipflopping on taking jobs definitely hasn't made him as interesting to potential employers. Plenty of groups, PFF included, rate ARod quite highly.
