It just shows that similar to what KU, OSU, KSU, and others experienced this
year…..your prior season, when pulling out close games, isn’t necessarily indicative to how the next season will go.
It’s possible, that an 8-4 season next year for BYU is actually still a team that progressed and got better from this year to next year. Even though it wouldnt feel that way for the fans and strictly looking at the record.
