Did you ask that same question when we fired Detmer?
You do realize Hill’s defense provided many of the short fields BYU scored points on. K State game was a prime example where our offensive stats were just horrible but a punt return, scoop and score, and two INTs set up our points.
Without a good defensive we would be 2-9 right now.
