Tyler Allgeier rushed for over 1000 yards in 2020 and 2021. In fact under Kalani, we have only had 2, 1000 yard running backs. Jamaal Williams and Allgeier. The recruiting around the RB position has been abysmal under Kalani... he just got dang stupid lucky with Allgeier.

Neither ARod or Kalani take running the ball serious at all, their recruiting spells that out perfectly and the results match it. Unga isn't that great of a RB coach either... so yeah, it's all lip service talking about running the ball is important at BYU... it's not and there is enough evidence to back that up.
