Jay Drew has mentioned that the issue with Kalani is that he insists on
only working with family/friends (see Tuiaki/Mahe etc.) & people he's worked with in the past (ARod/Jay Hill) or has ties to BYU (see Detmer & Grimes).
In other words Kalani doesn't want to do the work & go out & find good coaching talent from the FCS/G5 ranks.
