"The Mormons are swearing" works on many levels.
My guess is the person who recorded it doesn't care that much personally.
Church kids are swearing. It's funny.
I think it's more likely that the person who recorded it sent it to someone as more of a "hey check this out" and it ended up getting passed around privately before someone who cared enough to make a big deal out it posted it.
But who knows?
