Watched the end of the Utah game.

Only because I thought Utah would beat Iowa..,,, Utah QB threw a pass under pressure over the head of the receiver by 20 feet out of bounds. They flagged him for intentional grounding.

ASU throw was same only farther down the sideline…. Why no flag on his throw?
