So, are we assuming FB and BB are operating on the same budget amount?

It would seem to me that Tom would know the FB program needs a much larger budget to operate given the size and scope of FB. No?

If so, then they should have recruiting budgets aligned with the size and scope of their respective programs. If not, then the AD is holding football back. I have a hard time believing this.
