Agreed but if you get the first down it still stops the clock
We both agree that Kingston would have been the best choice.
Throwing to Kingston may have been his second read because he probably thought that the probability of getting a first down or OOB was higher with Lassiter.
Which ultimately was not the case. Throwing to Lassiter wasn’t a bad read but he needed to stick it on Lassiters body.
