The throw by Leavitt was from thr ASU 40. Intentional grounding is a loss of down, plus the ball is spotted at the point where the throw was made from. If there was an intentional grounding call, BYU would had the ball at the ASU 40, not the BYU 49.
So if they called it, but didn't mark off the yards, Kalani should have been throwing a complete fit. He didn't, so either there wasn't a penalty, or Kalani completely blew it.
