The ref made the wrong signal meaning incomplete pass and given the circumstances (everyone on field for second time, obvious there was no score meaning a review for anything else would’ve been petty), a review was not possible. So unfortunately, the final ruling was accidentally an incomplete pass and that was never reviewed
