But sure if that is succeeding then OK.
Jayden Daniels is nothing more than RGIII reincarnated. A 7-4 start to his career is not what I am calling succeeding. It is a good start.
Josh Allen? Allen was terrible as a rookie. He was OK at best his 2nd year. Lots of places would have moved on from him, but Buffalo had a good defense and elite receivers at the time and chose to stick with him. He absolutely wouldn't have excelled anywhere.
CJ Stroud has a very good rookie year. This year his numbers are down across the board. He is 24th in passer rating. 24th! Houston is winning in spite of CJ this year.
CJ Stroud and Trevor Lawrence have eerily similar numbers this year with Trevor coming out ahead in ESPN's QBR (CJ Stroud is 23 and Trevor Lawrence is 10).
So again, if you want to call of this succeeding then who am I to stand in your way.
I will say this, based on who he has become I wouid call Josh Allen a guy who can succeed anywhere. But that is who he has become and not who he was. I would 100% say the same thing about Tom Brady. If Tom Brady was drafted to the Jets then no one knows the name Tom Brady. But after what he did in New England he would be effective going to any other team.
