fly commercial.
I have a client that was friends with an owner of the D-Backs. I was with him for a couple of trips to Vegas when his friend was taking the plane to Vegas for various reasons and we got to tag along for our meetings.
Walk into the general aviation terminal, the pilot/co-pilot introduce themselves, take your luggage and lead you out to the plane.
We hopped on, picked a seat (leather, swivel, reclinable seats) and were in the air in about 15 minutes. There was a cabin attendant who brought out very nice snacks, champagne, fresh squeezed fruit drinks, etc.
It took us about 45 minutes to get to Phoenix.
They took the luggage off the plane, walked us out, and we were to our cars about 10 minutes later.
Total time from arriving at general aviation in Vegas to driving home from Sky Harbor was about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
No security check point. No TSA. No waiting in a crappy lounge area. No overpriced in-flight snacks/beverages. No annoyingly tight/small seats with zero leg room.
I would have still been waiting at McCarron to board the plane on a commercial flight....
