Yep, I am about ready to start my journey on self-defense (martial arts +
learning how to properly use firearms).
And I am almost 50....
after that I need to start learning to play an instrument.
I am already in a good spot on a number of things from your list, but you can always learn new things...and the benefit of that is huge!
