Points are only awarded to people who make the cut. Blair started the week at 123rd.. so technically he doesn't need to
make the cut to keep his card.... (top 125 get a card)
but... there are points to be had this week and about 70 golfers will get them. Blair needs to hope that the guys closest to him don't earn enough points to pass him up.
