Local Phoenix TV says Leavitt has chip on shoulder b/c BYU never offered.
I know BYU went after him in portal, but did we snub him in high school? 4 star high school QB with BYU pedigree. The even interviewed his Dad who spoke of his competitive drive and how he wants “a Natty”.
