But I think this is a clear Occam’s razor situation. Why do the non-P2 teams consistently get screwed year after year while the P2 teams get every benefit of the doubt? Why is the Big 12 in particular getting punished (when they coincidentally pushed back so hard on the SEC/Big10 proposals to get rid of the committee so that they could have more auto bids)? Follow the money and it all makes so much more sense.
