will divide everyone up into smaller groups or lets just call them conferences. They will take the 65-70 teams and make 4-5 conferences with around 12-14 teams per new conference. They will then make divisions within the conference and have those divisions play just each other. They will then take the division winners and play each other to get a winner for each conference. Which will lead to a 4/5 team play off or bowl games. It seems better to call college games bowl games. So the 4/5 teams will play in the Bowl Championship System or Series, still working on that name. Once we have the winner from those games we can crown them the BCS winner!

Also.. with this new group they will need a new name, Maybe something like the National College American Association of Football, or NCAAF for short.
