and OOC games, why would they change it, they get 4-5 teams into the playoff and they should be really happy with that

8 conference games is great for the conference, less forced play amongst themselves to add guaranteed losses to the conference
weak OOC games don't hurt even when played in mid to late november why remove them?
Don't have divisions and allow there to be ambiguity on who really are the best teams in the conference
super bad SOS is fine as long as you win big in most of the games
