Overall breakdown IMO should be

SEC 3 (sometimes 4)
Big 10 3 (sometimes 2)
ACC 2 (Conference champ and runner up)
Big12 2 (Conference champ and runner up)
highest G5 champ (potentially 2 if we have 2 undefeated or 1 loss deserving ones, such as this year if Boise goes 12-1 and Army 13-0)
ND if they have 0 or 1 losses

Years where ND isn't good enough, we get an extra SEC or BIG team or potentially a 3rd from the ACC/Big 12 if their top 3 teams all only have 1 loss
