End of 2022, NVDA was trading at $300. Rather than spending ~$10k on 30 shares, I decided to go
all in on a LEAP and bought a $280 call with an expire 9 months out. I started selling covered calls off my long call. But then the market tanked and my long call expired OTM. I made ~$1000 of my premiums back selling covered calls, but that was a big loss.
30 shares of NVDA at the end of 2022 would be worth ~$45k today.
