We have a shot, but it’s not equal. If it was equal, BYU would be ranked higher
than where they currently are (see ND, Miami, etc) and if they beat ASU and Houston not only would they be in the CCG and be able to make the playoffs with a win but they’d be able to make the playoffs if they lose too—just like ND will if they lose to Army.
So yes everyone has access to the playoffs which is waaay better than any other year in the history of College Football, but I wouldnt call it equal access.
