building is on Google Fiber. Xfinity goes down at least once a month. Google Fiber never has an issue. I literally never hear a complaint from any of my renters.

During the pandemic there was a period of 40-50 days where Xfinity went down for an hour or so every day. Everyone in the neighborhood knew it was happening, and we'd all talk about it but if you called Xfinity they would just walk you through their standard tech support script. They never acknowledged the issue but finally came and worked on the node for a couple days and fixed it.
