The value of the state schools simply isn't there. I recruit supply chain students around the country, including at 2 of the top 3 supply chain programs (Michigan State and ASU). BYU and BYU-I are the only schools we look at in the intermountain west, and we compete at those schools with some of the top supply chain companies in the world for their talent, including Amazon, Walmart and Apple. The kids studying supply chain at USU, UofU or Weber are paying far more tuition for an inferior education/job placement, at least when it comes to supply chain. Then you factor in the DEI/woke indoctrination at state schools and it's easy to see why they're going the way of Idaho State.
