quite a bit worse than last week.
In Week 12, BYU had TWO wins over ranked teams - one of which was a convincing 4-score win - and no losses.
In Week 13, BYU has ONE win over a ranked team - by a narrow 3-point margin and weak score - and an ugly loss to an unranked 4-6 team.
IMO, the SEC has earned its bias this year. Georgia beat Clemson by 30. Alabama destroyed Wisconsin. Tennessee and Ole Miss embarrassed NC State and Wake Forest. Texas won big over Michigan on the road. The SEC teams that have the bad OOC losses aren't contenders. The SEC conference schedule is tough - none of the SEC contenders avoid other contenders.
Indiana and Ohio State didn't have much on the OOC schedule but have looked really good against weaklings and Big Ten also-rans. Oregon was fortunate that Boise State is good this year...and escaped with a win and beat Ohio State....Penn State easily handled WVU on the road and played Ohio State tough...and Ohio State is facing all 3 other B1G contenders....
Notre Dame and Miami are the headscratchers...
