My kids make lithophanes as teacher gifts. We have repaired lots of stuff in our
house.

Here is a non-exhaustive list:
Replaced cooler hinge
Repalced Microwave door handle
Repaired some cracking caps and scissor spacers in our pop-up canopy
Made a cookie turntable for my wife's decorating hobby
Fixed a broken sun visor clip in our oldest car
Printed some new spacers for our second oldest car to keep the driver's seat from wobbling
Printed a flip-down Ipad holder for our kitchen (snugs up under the cabinet when not in use)
Printed some spacers for the wheel brackets on our Toro mower (we mow a disabled guy's lawn and it has weird angles and was putting undue stress on the brackets and bending them)
Wheel caps for my fertilizer spreader so that the fertilizer doesn't get stuck in the hollow wheel (lot of times you are supposed to put it down while wet to stick to the leaves of weeds). See https://www.printables.com/model/886548-wheel-cap-for-scotts-fertilizer-spreader

Here are other things I have made:
Stocking hangers (https://www.printables.com/model/687774-noel-christmas-stocking-hangers)
3D printed temples as wedding gifts (I also wire up lights for the inside)
Sterling engine for a kid's science project

There are a dozen others, but these are some that stood out. And that doesn't count their usage
