Mine are printing almost 24/7 (printing RC Car junk i sell on Etsy) and I've never had an issue that wasn't a 2 minute fix.

The latest Firmware fixes some of the AMS waste problems... but multi-color printing is kind of a gimik anyway.

Prusa's problem is price.. Printers are getting faster, smarter, better... and cheaper.
