Lagoon is definitely not a tier 1 park, and I've often thought that Utah could probably support a higher quality park comparable to a Busch Gardens or Cedar Point or one of the higher end Six Flags parks. This especially seems true with Utah's growing and increasingly affluent population.

Maybe I'm giving Lagoon short shift, but our kids were definitely not impressed with it.
