They would be ranked higher, you can bank on it. But...I would caution against calling this a
monumental collapse. Say we finish 10-2 with a loss to Arizona St and a win against Houston and don't make the championship game.
Yes it is sad we lost two in a row, but no it is not a monumental collapse. Did Iowa St also have a monumental collapse. Losing two conference games in the Big 12 is a not a monumental collapse. It is a good season. No check that, it is a great season. Especially where we started.
