However, I appreciate it when companies list salaries, because if the salary isn't something I'd consider, I won't apply, and would've been a waste of time if I did. I wanted to give this company a chance to do the same for me.

I normally would pass on this job because of the max salary listed, but decided to apply and let them know up front that I'd expect more based on my experience. If that's not okay with them, then let's not waste time interviewing.

I'm also not like dying to get this job.
